GMP Warehouse

Role Description

• Ensuring strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines and internal quality control procedures
• Overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of pharmaceutical products according to regulatory requirements
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and managing stock rotation
• Supervising a team of warehouse associates and coordinating daily operations
• Implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity
• Liaising with quality assurance, production, and logistics teams to align warehouse activities
• Preparing detailed reports and documentation as required
• Fostering a strong culture of safety, quality, and compliance within the warehouse

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or medical device warehouse environment
• Thorough understanding of GMP guidelines and warehouse management best practices
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to train and motivate a team
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve operational issues
• Proficient in inventory management systems and data analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Diploma/Degree in any field (Pharma is preferred)
