Products / Projects

Work on building new product offerings and existing core banking platform
Develop and support stablecoin and digital asset payment infrastructure, cross-boarder payments and FX solutions
Compliance and operational automation, securities and wealth-related products
Build LLM in production environment (chatbot, data extraction etc) and ML solutions on fraud/compliance-related processes

Team and engineering culture

Flat engineering organisation with high trust and ownership - engineers own features end-to-end, from design through deployment and production
Strong autonomy with minimal bureaucracy
AI is embraced to improve engineering velocity, while maintaining clean, readable and maintainable code
Collaborative distributed team across continents - working primarily asynchronously

Must-have skills

Proficiency in building backend systems using Golang
Experience in developing scalable distributed systems and APIs
Strong software engineering fundamentals and system design knowledge
Curious, adaptable and enjoys solving ambiguous engineering problems
Excellent communication skills - able to explain complex technical concepts simply

Nice-to-have

Experience in payments, banking or fintech infrastructure
Exposure to distributed workflow orchestration tools such as Temporal
Experience with cryptocurrencies, stablecoins or digital asset infrastructure
Open-source contributions, technical writing, blogs or community involvement

Grade | Level

100% individual contributor role - there is no existing pure EM role within the team, you are welcomed / encouraged to lead/guide other engineers
Senior: 5+ years of software engineering experience > strong system design knowledge and experience, delivering from ideation through deployment and production support, knowing when/how things will break and how to avoid them from breaking
Mid-level: 3-4 years of software engineering experience > being able to deliver new features end-to-end independently

Work Arrangement

Hybrid, 3 days working in office - Tuesdays to Thursdays weekly
