About The Role
We are seeking a
Goods Receiving Inspector to ensure all incoming materials are inspected, verified, and accepted in compliance with regulatory and industry standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining quality, safety, and traceability within the warehouse and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform inspection of incoming materials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (e.g. FAA, EASA)
- Ensure timely goods receiving and inspection performance, meeting SLA and operational targets
- Verify that materials and packaging meet specified quality and compliance standards
- Ensure safe and proper handling of aircraft parts and materials
- Record all transactions in ERP/IT systems to maintain full traceability of materials
- Identify and report non-compliance issues, quality findings, and discrepancies
- Support audit readiness, documentation control, and adherence to regulatory requirements
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse in line with 5S standards
- Ensure compliance with company HSSE and safety policies at all times
- Assist in general warehouse operations and team support activities
Qualifications:
- High School Certificate or equivalent
- Diploma in Logistics / Warehouse Management (preferred)
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
Experience Required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations
- At least 3 years of experience in aviation logistics, preferably in component maintenance
- Hands-on experience in goods receiving inspection and material handling processes
- Experience working within regulated environments (aviation or similar industries) is highly desirable
