We're looking for a Google Ads Specialist who's sharp on performance, structured in execution, and confident communicating results.
What you'll do (Responsibilities)
- Plan, build, and optimizeGoogle Ads campaigns(Search, Performance Max, Display/YouTube when relevant)
- Do keyword research, write ad copy variations, and structure campaigns for scalability
- Improve performance across key metrics:CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, lead quality
- Set up and troubleshoot tracking:GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion events, enhanced conversions
- Build reporting dashboards and weekly/monthly performance summaries (clear, non-fluffy)
- Run A/B tests on ads, landing pages (with the team), and conversion flows
- Collaborate with designers/content/web team to align creatives + landing pages with campaign goals
- Ensure campaigns follow platform policies (especially for regulated industries like healthcare)
What we're looking for (Requirements)
- 2+ years hands-on experience managing Google Ads budgets (agency experience is a plus)
- Strong understanding of:
- Search intent + keyword strategy
- Bidding strategies and budget pacing
- Conversion tracking + attribution basics
- Landing page optimization principles
- Comfortable presenting results and explaining what happened + what we'll do next
- Detail-oriented: you don't miss settings, tracking issues, or campaign hygiene
- Bonus: experience running campaigns inhealthcare / educationor dealing with compliance-sensitive ads
