Qualification & Requirements:
- Bachelor degree, Public Administration, Political Science, Business or related fields.
- Preferred: Master's degree, relevant government work experience or industry association background.
- 8+ years government relations/ public affairs experience, 3+ years in tech/digital infrastructure/data center industry in Malaysia.
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysia's digital economy policies and regulatory framework; proven track record in license application and policy advocacy.
- Strong project management skills to drive cross-department collaboration for government-related tasks.
- Fluent in Chinese & English for group communication and formal document preparation.
- Fluent in Malay for official communication with government authorities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills; high political sensitivity and integrity.
- Proactive, result-oriented, with strong adaptability and crisis management ability.
