Job Description

Provisioning & Fulfilment
Execute subscriber provisioning on OLT platforms (ONT/ONU registration, VLAN/QoS/service configuration).
Support field technicians remotely during installation and activation.
Validate service activation and close provisioning orders.
Troubleshooting & Support
Perform L2 troubleshooting for OLT/ONT/ONU/RG, splitter levels, optical power, VLANs, and last-mile connectivity.
Escalate unresolved issues to L3 support, backhaul providers, or vendors.
Analyze alarms and logs for fault isolation and service restoration.
Ticket & SLA Management
Resolve tickets escalated from Monitoring/NOC/Customer Care.
Prioritize service-impacting issues to maintain SLA commitments.
Document all troubleshooting actions and resolutions.
Collaboration
Act as backend support for field teams during activations and repairs.
Maintain effective communication with internal teams (NOC, Customer Care, Field Operations)
