Time dotCom's Graduate Development Program (GDP), in collaboration with the University of Sussex, is a four-week immersive programme designed to give students and recent graduates practical exposure to the telecommunications industry. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, develop new skills, and gain insights into how different parts of the business come together.
Your journey
- Gain hands-on exposure across areas such as network operations, customer experience, product development, and corporate strategy.
- Work alongside experienced professionals and learn how different teams collaborate to deliver meaningful outcomes.
- Participate in team projects, workshops, and mentoring sessions designed to strengthen your technical and professional skills.
- Build connections with fellow participants from the University of Sussex while expanding your professional network.
- Experience the day-to-day environment of one of Malaysia's leading telecommunications providers.

- Duration: 4 weeks (13 July 2026 – 7 August 2026)
- Location: Time dotCom Headquarters, HICOM Glenmarie Industrial Park, Shah Alam
- Eligibility: Undergraduate students or recent graduates on semester break
- Collaboration Partner: University of Sussex
To be considered, you'll need
- Be an undergraduate student or recent graduate currently on semester break.
- Have a genuine interest in building a career in the telecommunications industry.
- Be eager to learn, collaborate, and contribute in a professional environment.
- Students from all faculties are welcome to apply, particularly those studying Telecommunications Engineering, Network Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Business Management.
