Graduate Engineer

The Graduate Engineer will work under the supervision of senior engineers and project managers, assisting in:

• Preparing technical drawings, calculations, and design proposals for scaffolding, falsework, and shoring systems.
• Supporting site inspections, measurements, and documentation of site conditions.
• Assisting in the preparation of inspection reports, progress reports, and compliance records.
• Coordinating with project and site teams to update documentation and ensure adherence to safety and engineering standards.
• Participating in project planning activities, meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives for engineering and installation processes.

• Bachelor's Degree (or final‑year undergraduate) in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings; familiarity with CAD or equivalent design software preferred.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail in calculations and documentation.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for reporting and coordination.
• Willingness to work on‑site, conduct field inspections, and comply strictly with safety regulations.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to follow guidance while managing assigned tasks responsibly.
• Proficiency in basic office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
