Role Description

This is a full-time Graduate Engineer position based on-site at multiple location across Malaysia. The role involves assisting in the design, planning, and implementation of engineering projects, including the development and evaluation of tubular scaffolding, falsework, and shoring systems. The Graduate Engineer will support project teams in executing technical calculations, creating engineering drawings, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing technical support on-site are essential components of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in engineering design and structural analysis
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and utilize CAD software
• Good understanding of construction materials and methodologies
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in the construction industry
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field
• Internship or project experience in scaffolding or construction is a plus
