Graduate Engineer – Pre-Sales Cloud, Cybersecurity & AI (Freshers)

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Position Overview : We are looking for passionate and motivated Graduate Engineers who are eager to build a career in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, and emerging technologies such as Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Enterprise IT Infrastructure.

This role is ideal for fresh engineering or IT graduates who are interested in combining technical knowledge with customer engagement, solution design, presentations, and business-oriented technology consulting. The selected candidates will work closely with the Pre-Sales and Solution Heads, supporting solution development, customer presentations, proposal preparation, and technical discussions across modern enterprise technology environments.

Selected candidates will undergo structured training and gain hands-on exposure to real-world customer engagements, enterprise technologies, and solution consulting practices. Immediate joiners are highly encouraged to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support the Pre-Sales and Solution team in designing and positioning Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI, and Digital Transformation solutions.
• Assist in preparing technical presentations, solution proposals, BOMs, architecture diagrams, and customer documentation.
• Participate in customer discussions, requirement gathering sessions, and technical workshops under the guidance of senior solution consultants.
• Conduct research on emerging technologies, market trends, OEM solutions, and competitive offerings.
• Support Proof-of-Concepts (POCs), demonstrations, and solution validations for customers.
• Coordinate with internal technical, delivery, and sales teams to ensure alignment of proposed solutions with customer requirements.
• Assist in preparing responses for RFIs, RFPs, and tenders.
• Maintain technical documentation, knowledge repositories, and solution templates.
• Continuously learn and develop expertise in Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI, and enterprise technologies.

Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, AI, Cybersecurity, Electronics, or related engineering disciplines. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.

Technical Skills (Basic Understanding Preferred)

• Fundamentals of Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Basic understanding of Cybersecurity concepts and security best practices
• Understanding of enterprise infrastructure, servers, and virtualization
• Familiarity with AI, Automation, or Data Analytics concepts
• Basic understanding of solution architecture and IT systems integration
• Exposure to presentation tools such as PowerPoint, Visio, or diagramming tools is an added advantage
