Responsibilities:
- Build strong customer relationships that retain and increase customers wealth in financial planning services.
Identify market segmentation and initiate contact for data collection.- Analyse data to identify the current financial situation.
Propose the recommendation based on current financial situation to achieve specific financial goal.
- Implement the recommendation and start monitoring the financial goal.
Identify suitable candidates and set up an interview for selection process.- Train and develop the candidates to become a young manager who are capable in financial planning services and leader in industry.
Requirements:- At least Diploma/Degree in any field of study.
You have to be creative and have a friendly character.
- Can work in a fast moving environment under pressure
Good ability to communicate, analyse and resolve problems- Fluent in Bahasa & English
Fresh graduate are welcome
