The company addresses the limitations of traditional FX, which is often layered, slow, and expensive, and the lack of real-world utility in many non-USD stablecoins. Sera Protocol provides a non-custodial stablecoin FX settlement layer that reduces intermediaries and improves transaction efficiency. Its technology delivers corridor-aware pricing close to interbank rates and enables settlements in seconds, aiming to make global payments faster, more transparent, and more cost-effective for businesses.

Role Description The Graduate Management Trainee will support cross-functional teams by assisting with market research, data analysis, and preparation of reports and presentations related to FX, payments, and stablecoin solutions. This full-time hybrid role is based in WP. Kuala Lumpur, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with product, operations, and business development teams, tracking key performance indicators, and helping streamline internal processes. The trainee will participate in strategic initiatives, support project management activities, and contribute to documentation and communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role is designed to provide broad exposure to the company's operations and to develop future leadership capa
bilities.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret financial, operational, and market data.
Solid written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear reports, presentations, and documentation.
Capability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Interest in or foundational knowledge of fintech, FX markets, blockchain, stablecoins, or digital assets.
Proficiency with productivity and data tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, collaboration platforms).
Bachelor's degree (completed or near completion) in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Ability to collaborate with diverse teams, maintain professionalism, and work effectively in a hybrid setup.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new responsibilities as the company and products grow.
