Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graduate Management Trainee at The Chicken Rice Shop located in Klang Valley. The Graduate Management Trainee will participate in a structured development program to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of business operations. Key tasks include monitoring operational activities, assisting in planning and implementing business strategies, supporting team members in achieving goals, and contributing to continuous process improvements within the organization. Active involvement in team collaborations and learning is a core component of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Basic understanding of business management and operational procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant digital tools
- Willingness to work on-site in Peninsular Malaysia especially Klang Valley Area
- Prior internship or relevant experience in a similar environment is an added advantage
