About The Role & Team
We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled
Graduate Presales Network Engineer to join our team. This entry-level role is designed for recent graduates with a passion for
networking technologies and
customer engagement. You will work closely with senior presales engineers and sales teams to support solution design, demonstrations, and technical validation for prospective clients.

What You Will Do
- Assist in technical presales activities including solution presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and propose suitable networking solutions.
- Support in preparing technical documentation, proposals, and responses to RFPs/RFIs.
- Conduct basic network assessments and assist in designing architectures involving routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless solutions.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies such as SD-WAN, cloud networking.
- Provide technical support during customer meetings, workshops, and events.
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth handover to delivery/implementation teams.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, routing, switching, firewalls).
- Familiarity with network vendors (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and presales methodologies.
Preferred Certifications (Nice To Have)
- Cisco CCNA or equivalent entry-level certification.
- CompTIA Network+ or similar.
- Any vendor-specific certifications in networking or security.
