About the Job

Participate in a 1-year programme that allows you to gain exposure in multiple functions within Agency Distribution. Throughout this time, you will be given the opportunity to learn from Senior Management Team, gain new skills and training experience that will fast track your career. Successful candidate can look forward for maximum exposure and career advancement.

• Participate in a 1-year programme within Agency Distribution Division for you to kick start your career.
• Gain exposure in job rotation across three different functions within Agency Distribution Division which includes but not limited to Strategic Planning, Business Development, Agency Planning, Training and Development, Event Management etc.
• Participate in various projects within Agency Distribution Division.
• Undergo On-the-Job (OTJ) Training and perform duties assigned by supervisor based on the respective departmental rotation track.
• Familiarise with Agency Distribution functions that helps in discover your passion and building foundation for your long term career plan.
• Complete certifications and trainings that help in performing job functions.
• Regular engagement with Agency Distribution Senior Management Team to ensure your development plan is aligned with your career aspirations.

We are looking for people with

• A recognised Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Business/ Management/ Economics/ Marketing and/ or related.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.50/4.00.
• Active participation in extra-curricular activities with leadership role would be an added advantage.
• Maximum 1 year of working experience or fresh graduate.
• Strong communication skills.
• Career driven, high achiever and can-do attitude.
• Strong leadership attribute, excellent interpersonal skills and able to articulate well.
• Mentorship and coaching will be provided.
