Assisting in the planning, design, and implementation of HR systems, including HRIS, payroll outsourcing, learning and development platforms, and document management systems.
Supporting the evaluation and analysis of HR system processes to improve efficiency, sustainability, and compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and procedures.
Participating in system implementation projects, monitoring effectiveness, and helping to identify opportunities for enhancement.
Acting as a supporting liaison with internal stakeholders and vendors on HR system-related matters, including troubleshooting issues and providing recommendations to ensure smooth operations.
Learning to apply data-driven insights from HR systems to support business decisions and HR digitalization initiatives.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Bachelor in Information Technology / Computer Science / HR Management or any related disciplines with a minimum CGPA 3.0
Fresh graduate with less than 1 year of experience.
Familiar with Human Resources Information System (HRIS) is advantage.
Ability to support/assist improvement of modules within the HRIS system.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Excellent engagement and communication skills with all levels of the organization.
