Job Description

Graduate Trainee Program

Location: Biomed Global - Bandar Sri Damansara.

We are looking for a committed, detail-oriented Sales Support Protg to join our Supply Chain Fulfilment team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in logistics coordination, sales administration, document control, and operational workflow management.

The Protg will support daily sales support functions including quotation processing, portal management, billing coordination, and documentation preparation. Due to the high volume of transactions and paperwork handled daily, this role requires exceptional accuracy, accountability, and the discipline to thoroughly verify work to prevent operational or customer impact

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Administrative Support

  • Generate and process sales quotations, purchase requisitions, and related document
  • Assist in sales order processing, verification checks, and documentation accuracy
  • Support tender submissions and ensure compliance with documentation requirements
  • Prepare formal documents such as forms, letters, undertakings, and supporting paperwork

Portal & Data Management

  • Manage customer portals and Warehouse Management System portal
  • Provide information and coordination for master data updates when required
  • Ensure proper document filing, tracking, and traceability

Billing & Logistics Coordination

  • Assist in invoice and delivery order issuance according to customer requirements
  • Support billing follow-up for advance shipments and completed deliveries
  • Ensure documentation accuracy for internal and external stakeholders

Workflow & Operations Support

  • Assist in managing and monitoring daily operational workflow to ensure timely execution
  • Support the sales support team in responding professionally to enquiries and issues
  • Help maintain smooth coordination between Sales, Warehouse, Finance, and customers

Continuous Improvement & Ad-hoc Support

  • Support departmental objectives and company business goals
  • Participate in process improvement and compliance activities
  • Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors or management

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy must be comfortable working with large volumes of paperwork.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Word); knowledge of ERP/SAP is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
  • Responsible and proactive mindset with strong organizational skills.
