Let's Talk About The Role

Department: Talent & Culture, People Team

Reports to: Head of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

We're looking for a passionate and creative intern to join our Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding team as an Employer Branding & Creative Content Intern!

In this role, you'll help us bring our company culture and values to life through engaging storytelling, campaigns, and visuals. You'll work closely with the team to execute employer branding initiatives, co-create digital content that reflects who we are as an employer of choice, and collaborate with different teams on communication projects that strengthen our employee value proposition (EVP).

You'll also gain hands-on experience supporting our Talent Acquisition team on early careers and recruitment marketing-related activities.

What You'll Do

Employer Branding

  • Support in executing employer branding initiatives and campaigns that reflect our company's culture and values.
  • Assist in content planning and creation (social media posts, visuals, videos, and stories) to highlight employee experiences and workplace culture.
  • Design creative materials and communication assets (art cards, posters, visuals) for both internal and external communications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects that strengthen our Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
  • Contribute to content and communication efforts, including scheduling, posting, and tracking engagement metrics across platforms.
  • Support employer branding analytics and reporting, tracking campaign outcomes and engagement to assess impact.

Talent Acquisition

  • Assist in the planning and execution of early careers programs, including internship or graduate recruitment.
  • Collaborate with the TA team on campaigns and events (career fairs, campus engagement, and online promotions).

What We're Looking For

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in any related fields and looking for compulsory or voluntary internship.
  • Strong interest in employer branding, people culture, and creative storytelling.
  • Design or editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools) is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Eager to learn, collaborate, and make an impact.
  • Ideally 6 months internship period
