The Energy Source (TES) and The GUILD School Kuala Lumpur comprisea comprehensive child development centre that provides educational and multidisciplinary therapy services to children of all abilities in Malaysia. As a Graphic Designer and Editor, you will work within the team to create high-quality visual content that enhances the centre and school's promotional and communication efforts across all brands.
Responsibilities
Working under the direction of the Marketing Manager and in collaboration with the Managing Director, you will be required to;
- Develop and design in-house visuals, including advertising and promotional materials such as catalogues, brochures, flyers, social media graphics, email marketing content, newsletters, banners, and buntings.
- Collaborate in editing and enhancing video content for marketing and educational purposes.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to align designs with the strategic direction of marketing campaigns and the brands.
- Ensure all creative materials adhere to the company's quality standards, processes, and branding guidelines.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Support in photographing and video recording events and activities to create a visual library for future content.
- Assist in creating and maintaining a visual identity across all media platforms.
Qualifications
- Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, or an equivalent field.
- Proficient in design software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other relevant design tools.
- Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and methodically.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
