Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for all in-house e-commerce creative designs
- Work closely with the content and campaign team to develop concepts, platform layouts and create designs for various promotional materials across all e-commerce platforms, while working within each brand's guidelines, ensuring creative are on - brand, according to brief, accurate and high quality
- Upload and maintain the creatives on e-commerce platforms as per briefs
- Ensure record keeping of all marketing artwork in soft and hard copy for easy reference
- To handle other projects and assignments based on management discretion

- Proficiency on visuals compositions and Photoshop is a must have
- High capacity to handle workload, pressure and tight deadlines
- Flexible and agile mindset to handle quick turnaround within the e-commerce industry
- Strong collaboration & ability to influence
- Ability to meet strict deadlines is essential
- Strong attention to details and organized
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design
- Expertise in Typography and attention to detail in design
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in e-commerce or retail design is a plus
