Role Overview
As a Graphic Designer at Finzvoice, you will play a key role in transforming financial and trading concepts into engaging and visually impactful designs that enhance user understanding and brand visibility. You will collaborate closely with the content and SEO teams to create graphics that support storytelling, improve user engagement, and maintain a strong and consistent visual identity across digital platforms. Your creative contributions will directly influence our content performance, audience perception, and overall brand presence in the global fintech space. What You'll Be Doing
- Design graphics for articles, educational content, and other visual materials used across digital platforms.
- Create consistent visual styles for content series, infographics, thumbnails, and banners.
- Work closely with the content writer and proofreader to ensure visuals match the article's message, tone, and key highlights.
- Collaborate with the SEO and content teams to deliver visuals that support reader engagement and readability.
- Maintain and expand internal design guidelines, including color palettes, typography, and layout styles.
- Produce marketing materials, social media graphics, presentation decks, and internal visuals when required.
- Ensure all visual assets are aligned with the brand direction and are optimized for web and mobile display.
- Manage multiple design tasks and deliver high quality artwork within the required timelines.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and propose creative concepts for upcoming content or campaigns.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or related fields.
- 12 years of experience in digital design, marketing design, or content-related graphic work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent tools (Figma, Canva, etc.).
- Strong understanding of layout, color, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to work with both structured guidelines and creative freedom depending on project needs.
- Basic understanding of web and mobile design principles.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a fast-moving content environment.
- Attention to detail and a good sense of visual consistency.
Preferred
- Experience designing graphics for finance, trading, or tech-related topics.
- Familiarity with creating infographics, concept illustrations, or simple data visuals.
- Motion graphics/basic animation skills are a plus (but not required).
- Experience contributing to a design system or maintaining a brand style guide.
