Your new role

Hays Sunway Malaysia is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our APAC Marketing team on a full-time, 6-month contract.

While you'll be based in Sunway, Malaysia, your work will primarily support activity across Australia and New Zealand. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring our brand vision to life through creative design that resonates across diverse markets.

This role is all about bringing our brand to life across multiple channels. You'll adapt and evolve existing templates to maintain consistency with our Glow brand identity, while ensuring creative impact across campaigns and BAU activities. From social and email to key initiatives like the Salary Guide, you'll play a vital part in delivering high-quality, on-brand assets that support our marketing objectives.

Main responsibilities

• Design and update assets across multiple channels, including social media, email campaigns, website visuals, and digital marketing materials.
• Support key campaigns such as the Salary Guide and other high-profile initiatives with compelling, on-brand creative.
• Support the rollout of Hays new Glow brand identity by updating existing marketing materials
• Manage asset delivery and file organisation across platforms

What you'll need to succeed

• 25+ years graphic design experience (in-house or agency), ideally in professional services (recruitment, legal, IT, consulting)
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva
• Skilled in creating digital assets for email, social media, and web
• Ability to interpret briefs, provide reverse briefs, and manage stakeholders effectively
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills and ability to push back when needed
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and manage competing priorities
• Experience using Asana
• Comfortable working across a regional spread of countries
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with templates and style guides
