We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our remote team. You'll support the creation of compelling visual work across digital and print channels, bringing ideas to life through strong design thinking, layout, and execution. This role involves collaborating closely with stakeholders, supporting project delivery from concept to final output, and contributing to creative brainstorming and pitches when needed.
Responsibilities
Design Execution
- Create high-quality visual assets across formats (social, digital, print, decks/presentations).
- Produce illustrations and layout-driven design concepts aligned to brand and campaign objectives.
- Support the development of concepts into polished final artwork, preparing files for production as needed.
- Maintain consistency and quality across deliverables, ensuring designs meet style and brand standards.
Project Support & Workflow Management
- Assist with project cycles from concept to production, managing multiple tasks across timelines.
- Follow production best practices (file organization, versioning, export specs, and handoff readiness).
- Help identify workflow improvements and flag potential production risks early.
Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and stakeholders in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews.
- Participate in pitch preparation by contributing design directions and presentation-ready visuals.
- Incorporate feedback constructively and iterate designs efficiently.
Client & Stakeholder Communication
- Support design communication by clarifying briefs, understanding requirements, and aligning on expectations.
- Present work when needed and ensure updates are clear, timely, and professional.
Requirements
- Proven experience in graphic design with a portfolio demonstrating range, craft, and strong layout skills.
- Proficiency in designing for digital, social, static assets, and presentations/decks.
- Ability to translate concepts into clean, effective visuals with a strong eye for typography and composition.
- Solid understanding of design fundamentals, branding, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to receive feedback and deliver on deadlines.
- Nice to have: basic motion/animation skills and/or familiarity with 3D design tools.
