This role will be responsible for developing high-quality creative materials that support marketing campaigns, events, product launches, and brand communication. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all creative outputs are aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials including catalogs, brochures, leaflets, product packaging, event collaterals, and social media posts (static, GIFs, MP4s).
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (agencies, vendors, third parties) to conceptualize and execute creative ideas.
- Manage the entire creative processfrom ideation to final productionensuring consistency, quality, and timely delivery.
- Benchmark creative outputs to ensure they are culturally relevant and effectively engage the Malaysian market.
- Support the company's growth by creating impactful designs that drive brand awareness and sales.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in graphic design, multimedia, or related fields.
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in social media design (static, GIF, video), print materials, and marketing collaterals.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere).
- Experience in direct selling industries is an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills when working with cross-functional teams.
- High attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality creative outputs.
