Develop original and engaging visual concepts aligned with brand guidelines and campaign strategies
Design assets for digital platforms including social media, websites, eDMs, display ads, and presentations
Work on branding projects: logos, visual identity systems, brand books, and style guides
Prepare artwork for print materials such as brochures, banners, packaging, and event collaterals
Collaborate with marketing, copywriters, content creators, strategists, and other internal teams to develop campaigns and content that resonate with our audience.
Maintain and ensure design consistency across all touchpoints
Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to keep work fresh and relevant
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, Advertising or related field
1 - 3 years of professional design experience (agency background is a plus)
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work across branding, digital, and print
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma or Canva is a bonus
Solid understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and branding principles
Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate ideas into high-quality visual output
Excellent attention to detail and ability to give and receive feedback constructively
Basic motion design or animation skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus
Experience working on regional/multi-market campaigns
Familiarity with generative design or AI-based tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, etc.)
UI/UX knowledge or design experience for websites and apps
Ability to balance multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
