Job Description

Job Responsibility

Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives.
Conduct user research, analyze user feedback, and gather insights to inform the design process.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for mobile applications and responsive web platforms.
Develop user personas, user flows, and information architectures to ensure seamless user journeys.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure the feasibility of designs and provide guidance during implementation.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iteratively improve designs based on user insights.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging design patterns.
Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to establishing design guidelines and standards.
Collaborate with graphic designers and developers to ensure design consistency and implementation accuracy.
Provide design support for marketing materials, including website layouts, landing pages, and promotional graphics.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a portfolio showcasing mobile and web design projects.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
Knowledge of responsive design principles and the ability to create designs for various screen sizes and devices.
Experience in conducting user research, user testing, and translating insights into actionable design solutions.
Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and user flows.
Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout composition.
Excellent communication skills and ability to present and articulate design concepts to stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality, user-centered designs.
