Purpose of the Role:

Blend creative design expertise with AI-powered tools to deliver innovative, compliant, and impactful assets that support omnichannel marketing campaigns in the pharmaceutical sector.

What You'll Do :

• Design digital and print materials (web, social, email, brochures, presentations) aligned with brand and compliance standards.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Figma AI, MidJourney) to accelerate design, prototyping, and personalization.
• Collaborate with marketing, medical, and regulatory teams to translate complex content into clear, engaging visuals.

What will make you successful:

Must-Have:

• Minimum 3 years of design experience, ideally in pharma/healthcare or regulated industries.
• Strong portfolio with traditional and AI-enhanced creative work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite + familiarity with AI design tools.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills.

Advantage to Have:

• Experience in 3D, medical illustration, or UX/UI design.
