Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance professional to lead group-level accounting operations and drive continuous improvement across financial processes. The ideal candidate has strong experience in GL management, financial governance, and cross-entity coordination, with the ability to build robust review mechanisms and ensure high-quality firnancial reporting
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the pilot establishment of the regional Financial Shared Service Centand drive standardization of accounting policies across three major business units.
- Develop standardized accounting procedures and frameworks appliccable to multiple entities and region
- Coordinate cross-functional and cross-regional resources to ensure ssuccessful and timely project delivery.
- Oversee group-level General Ledger (GL) processing
- Promote accounting automation and digital tools across the organization.
- Effectively break down and allocate ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines; ACCA/CPA certification is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of group finance operations experience.
- Minimum 2 years of team management experience (managing at least 3 people).
- Experience in shared service center setup or financial system designpreferred.
