- Lead and manage the group financial reporting, financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports to stakeholders and management.
- Prepare the consolidation of financial statements for the group.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support business growth.
- Manage and guide a team of finance professionals to achieve departmental goals.

Profile
A Successful Group Finance Manager Should Have
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Proven expertise in group reporting and consolidation.
- Must have external audit experience.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
