Job Description

Responsibilities

1.Training and Development

  • Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop learning objectives.
  • Coordinate, facilitate and monitor training sessions, both in-person and virtually to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and other assessment tools.
  • Assist in the development of career development plans and pathways for employees.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners to ensure the successful implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in learning and development and organizational effectiveness.
  • Keep track and ensure training records are updated and traceable

2.Talent Acquisition

  • Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes including but not limited to sourcing via multiple recruitment channels, screening resumes, shortlisting potential candidates, conducting pre-screening interviews and assessments, preparing recommendation for offers, and coordinate on-boarding.
  • Prepare job descriptions, organization charts and manage postings and utilize online recruiting tools, social media, and other platforms to reach potential candidates and promote job openings.
  • Collaborate with internal team to understand hiring needs and develop effective hiring criteria and selection processes for clients.
  • Maintain an applicant recruitment tracking system and other recruitment metrics to track the progress and effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
  • Manage new hire on boarding program, completing HR related documentation, orientation.
  • Responsible for recruitment for Executive level and below.

3.Employee Relations

  • Promote and uphold the company's core values and foster a positive organizational culture.
  • Encourage behaviors and practices that align with the company's mission and vision.
  • Plan and execute employee events, such as team-building activities, social gatherings, and recognition ceremonies.
  • Coordinate wellness programs, volunteer opportunities, and other initiatives to promote a healthy work-life balance.

4.HR Services

  • Serve as a key contact for stakeholders, providing timely HR support and services.
  • Ensure stakeholder needs are met through effective communication and HR solutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align HR services with business goals.
  • Process monthly payroll accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Prepare and generate monthly HR reports, including headcount, turnover, and other key HR metrics for management review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3 years experience as an HR Executive.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR management software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
