Your Role In Our Team:
- Lead for the assigned team members technically and disciplinary
- Identify training needs and mentor team members accordingly
- Plan utilization and budgets for the assigned team members
- Manage scope, quality, budget and schedule conform deliveries of projects of the filter maker and logistic machine from order incoming phase until handover to the customer
- Identify potentials and initiate product and process improvements with respective peers to reduce costs and increase efficiency
- Coordinate and prioritize activities with other projects
- Manage activities in multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams across sites worldwide, especially the German headquarter
- Monitor and coordinate status information to management and sales
Your Role In Our Team:
- With minimum academic qualification of Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering or related discipline with excellent results
- Good analytical skills in ERP systems, with focus on material and project planning. SAP knowledge will be an advantage.
- Team player with high sense of responsibility and commitment towards customer satisfaction in assigned tasks and projects
- Drive to challenge existing methods to increase the efficiency and digitalization of processes
- Good communication skills, especially command in English
