To lead and elevate the global quality strategy across our operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring consistent quality standards across manufacturing sites, sales organizations/BUs, and remote teams worldwide.
Oversee QA/QC functions across multiple international manufacturing facilities and sales regions
Develop and implement unified quality standards and compliance protocols
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product integrity and customer satisfaction
Lead audits, certifications, and continuous improvement Responsibilities
Define and execute the global QA/QC road map aligned with corporate objectives
Manage quality teams across regions, ensuring alignment and performance
Lead root cause analysis and corrective action plans for critical issues
Setup a close loop control system with good documentation on internal and external quality issues and customer/ jobsite feedback. Build up and maintain a continuous improvement system.
Monitor KPIs and quality metrics to drive data-informed decisions
Ensure compliance with ISO, and other relevant standards
Champion a culture of quality, safety, and operational excellence
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Materials Engineering
