Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading and executing Group Risk Management and Sustainability initiatives, including business risk assessments, corruption risk management, and Business Continuity Planning. The role supports Business Units in implementing the Group Risk Management Framework, addresses emerging and regulatory-driven risks, strengthens governance and risk mitigation processes, and drives integrity and ABAC awareness across the Group.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead Group Risk Management and Sustainability initiatives, including business risks, corruption risks, and Business Continuity Planning (BCP), ensuring all initiatives are properly planned, executed, and completed.
- Execute assigned risk management initiatives in line with the Group Risk Management Framework.
- Facilitate business risk assessments and provide guidance to Business Units to ensure assessments are conducted in accordance with Group requirements.
- Facilitate risk management initiatives arising from changes or the introduction of new government rules and regulations, such as corruption risk assessments and emerging risks.
- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance risk management and governance processes to ensure risks are effectively mitigated.
- Execute integrity initiatives, including conducting awareness activities and ensuring compliance with the Group's Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABAC) Policy.
- Support sustainability-related initiatives where relevant, in alignment with Group objectives.
Qualification:
- 6-10 years of work experience in the field of compliance, risk management, audit and/or integrity.
- Degree holder in accounting, finance, risk management or other related business management field; or possesses professional qualification such as CRMA, CIRM, CIA, CFA, ACCA, MICA, CIMA or other related professional qualifications.
- A team player who is able to work independently with minimal supervision and under a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills and proficient in written and spoken English.
- Good report writing and computer skills, particularly the Microsoft Office.
- Strong experience with business data analytics software and risk management tools systems would be added advantage.
- Possesses an analytical mind and good business sense. Additional assessment/ auditing skills e.g. safety, security, quality, ISO would be added advantage.
- Possesses good time management, organizing and planning skills.
