Functional
- Supervise sales executives performance and review individual goal based on their monthly performance
- Closely monitor and track team sales productivity
- To plan and execute team sales plan in achieving the monthly and annual acquisition target
- To communicate and liaise with credit initiation, policy and other departments on issue related to loan acquisition
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with current and new customer
- Ensure team members comply with the business policies, practices, and regulations
Managerial
- Manage and guide new recruits and existing Personal Loan staff
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve their respective individual KRA targets
- To plan, set and ensure monthly sales target by Individual Sales Executive is achieved
- Coach and develop Sales Executives to enhance their Product Knowledge and selling skill
- Coach and motivate the Sales Executives and create a highly charged and aggressive sales team
- To cultivate a professional working atmosphere that encourage career development and reduce staff attrition
- To liaise with VOC to handle/resolve customers complaints timely and efficiently
- Ensure compliance in all internal and external dealings
Organizational Strategic Cost Management and Financial Goals
- Ensure compliance and consistency with Bank's policy in Personal Loan acquisition effort
- To ensure team's headcount requirements are met
- To cultivate strong customer service culture and awareness among Sales Executives
Education/Qualification
- Minimum a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in related field
Experience/Requirements
- Minimum5 years sales management OR
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in loan or financial industry as sales manager
- With strong people management and leadership skills
