Group Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Group Shared Services team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in recruitment and talent management, with a passion for finding the right candidates to drive our organizational success.

Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Group Shared Services)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Workforce Planning & Hiring Strategy- Partner HRBP and BU Heads on manpower planning- Translate approved manpower plan into hiring pipeline- Develop sourcing strategy for critical and hard-to-fill roles- Maintain active talent pool database
   
2. End-to-End Recruitment Execution- Manage job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination- Conduct first-level screening interviews- Coordinate panel interviews with BU Heads- Perform reference checks (upon request/necessary)- Recommend hiring decision to CTO
   
3. Salary Offer & Hiring Governance- Negotiate salary within approved band- Ensure hiring aligns with approved budget- Prepare hiring justification summary for approval- Coordinate offer letter preparation with HR Admin
   
4. Recruitment Metrics & Employer Branding- Track time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, cost-per-hire- Improve probation pass rate- Partner marketing team for employer branding initiatives- Maintain positive candidate experience

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field
• 3–6 years recruitment experience (in-house or agency), preferably across multiple roles/functions
• Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, direct outreach)
• Strong interviewing, stakeholder management and follow-up discipline
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple vacancies concurrently
• Proficient in Excel / recruitment trackers; HRIS/ATS exposure is a plus
• Bahasa Malaysia + English required; Mandarin is a plus
