About the Role
We are looking for a highly independent and hands-on Treasury professional to join a Group Finance team within a dynamic corporate environment. This role focuses strongly on treasury operations and execution, supporting group-wide cash management, banking facilities utilisation, and liquidity monitoring across business units and projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day treasury operations including cash management, bank account monitoring, and liquidity tracking
- Prepare and maintain cash flow forecasting (short-term & medium-term) for group and project level
- Execute and monitor banking facilities utilisation (loans, deposits, and other financial instruments)
- Liaise with banks, lawyers, auditors, and internal stakeholders
- Support negotiation and coordination of banking arrangements
- Monitor funding requirements across projects and ensure optimal cash positioning
- Prepare treasury reports, analysis, and management updates for senior stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with internal treasury policies and banking requirements
- Provide support on ad-hoc treasury and finance-related matters
Requirements
- Minimum 4–5 years of relevant treasury experience
- Professional qualification (ACCA / MIA / CPA or equivalent) is an added advantage
- Strong experience in treasury operations, cash flow management, and banking facilities
- Exposure in corporate environment, preferably property development industry
- Good understanding of banking products, facilities, and financial instruments (loans, deposits, etc.)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with accounting/treasury systems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret cash flow and funding requirements
- Excellent communication skills (English – verbal and written)
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage
- Able to work independently, with urgency, and in a fast-paced environment
