About Collektr

Collektr is Southeast Asia's leading collectibles marketplace and livestream commerce platform, connecting collectors, sellers, brands, and communities across trading cards, toys, comics, memorabilia, and pop culture collectibles.

We're looking for a Growth & Partnerships Executive to help expand our seller ecosystem, build meaningful partnerships, and support the next phase of Collektr's growth across the region.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, working with communities, solving problems, and driving business growth in a fast-paced startup environment.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, engage, and onboard sellers, collectors, hobby stores, distributors, brands, and strategic partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners.
  • Develop partnership opportunities that drive platform growth and user acquisition.
  • Represent Collektr at events, conventions, community gatherings, and industry activations.

Account Management & Seller Success

  • Support sellers and partners throughout their journey on the platform.
  • Help partners maximize their success through marketplace listings, livestream auctions, grading services, and promotional opportunities.
  • Maintain regular engagement with partners to drive retention and growth.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for assigned accounts.

Community & Ecosystem Development

  • Work closely with collectors, communities, and businesses to strengthen Collektr's ecosystem.
  • Gather insights and feedback from users and partners to identify growth opportunities.
  • Support community initiatives, campaigns, and events.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Product, and Community teams to execute growth initiatives.
  • Assist in planning and delivering campaigns, launches, events, and strategic partnerships.

This is a junior to mid-level role, ideal for individuals with approximately 1–2 years of experience who are eager to accelerate their careers in a high-growth startup environment.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Sales, Account Management, Community, Marketing, or related roles, or
  • Fresh graduates with exceptional leadership, entrepreneurial, or extracurricular experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Passion for collectibles, gaming, pop culture, communities, e-commerce, or creator ecosystems is a plus.
