We are looking for a Growth & Retention Marketing Executive who thinks like a growth operator and is passionate about data, performance marketing, and customer engagement.
About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven Growth & Retention Marketing Executive to build and optimise 3cat's full-funnel performance engine, from customer acquisition to repeat purchase.
You will manage paid advertising, performance tracking, and lifecycle automation to drive predictable and profitable sales across both online and retail channels.
This is a performance-first, data-driven, execution-focused role in a fast-growing startup environment.
The Mission
Drive measurable revenue growth through customer acquisition and retention.
Increase store footfall and improve online and offline conversion rates.
Build repeat purchase behaviour and long-term customer loyalty.
Optimise marketing funnels using data, experimentation, and automation.
Support brand visibility while maintaining strong commercial discipline.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Meta, TikTok, XHS, and Google Ads.
Track and improve ROAS, CAC, and cost per sale by product line, including trade-in, refurbished devices, and warranty services.
Coordinate with partners for co-marketing initiatives and retail activation campaigns.
Build and maintain dashboards to track campaign and sales performance using GA4 and Looker Studio.
Coordinate with product team to implement, improve and automate WhatsApp and chatbot flows for lead nurturing, customer reactivation, and loyalty programs.
Segment customers based on purchase frequency and product category for personalised targeting.
Collaborate with the Content and Design teams to ensure creative assets align with campaign goals.
Analyse campaign performance and provide insights to guide creative testing and budget optimisation.
Increase store footfall and improve marketing conversion across both digital and retail channels.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in eCommerce or retail.
Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and Looker Studio.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
Experience using CRM or chatbot tools such as ManyChat, WATI, Klaviyo, Mailchimp or equivalent.
Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Willingness to travel nationwide to support retail activations and partnerships.
