Growth Lead – E-Commerce | D2C Growth | Performance Marketing | Multi-Market

We're hiring a Growth Lead – E-Commerce to scale our D2C business across multiple international markets.

This is not a traditional e-commerce manager role.

We are looking for a commercially sharp, data-driven, and growth-obsessed leader who can own revenue, customer acquisition efficiency, and profitability across our direct-to-consumer channels. You will act like a mini-CEO for D2C, driving growth across markets such as Singapore, New Zealand, China, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Taiwan.

At Addiction Foods, we are building premium pet nutrition brands for global markets. This role is for someone who can turn traffic into revenue, campaigns into profitable growth, and data into fast commercial decisions.

What you will own

You will lead D2C growth across markets and channels. You will drive performance through paid acquisition, conversion optimisation, retention, subscription models, pricing, bundling, and market-specific promotions.

You will work closely with Marketing, Product, Finance, Supply Chain, and E-Commerce teams to make sure growth is not only fast, but profitable and scalable.

What makes this role exciting

Revenue growth

Customer acquisition cost

CAC payback period

Average order value

Contribution margin

Subscription conversion

Campaign testing velocity

You will also leverage AI, automation, dashboards, and performance tools to build a smarter growth engine. This is a role for someone who does not just manage campaigns. You build systems, identify patterns, make decisions, and move fast.

We are looking for someone who has:

5–8+ years of experience in e-commerce, growth, performance marketing, or D2C commercial roles.

Strong hands-on understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, conversion funnels, attribution, CAC, ROAS, AOV, LTV, payback period, and contribution margin.

A proven record of scaling D2C or e-commerce businesses.

Experience working across multiple markets or international e-commerce channels is highly preferred.

Strong commercial judgment. You think in profit, payback, margin, and customer lifetime value — not just traffic or revenue.

Comfort using data dashboards and BI tools such as Google Looker Studio or similar platforms.

A growth mindset with the ability to test, learn, cut what does not work, and scale what does.

Interest in using AI and automation to improve reporting, creative testing, workflow efficiency, and customer experience.
