Role Overview

We are hiring a Growth Lead – Malaysia to own and scale our business in Malaysia. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing acquisition channels, and building a high-performance growth engine. You will function as the market owner for Malaysia, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution across performance marketing, experimentation, funnel optimisation, and sales alignment. This role requires someone who understands both content-led experimentation and paid performance scaling, with a strong grasp of the Malaysian education ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Own Malaysia Revenue & Growth Strategy Define and execute the end-to-end growth roadmap for Malaysia, owning pipeline, enrollments, and revenue targets for the market.

• Lead Paid Acquisition & Performance Scaling Build, manage, and scale paid marketing channels (Meta, Google, and others) while optimizing CAC, ROAS, LTV, and overall unit economics.

• Drive Experimentation & Conversion Optimization Establish a structured experimentation framework across creatives, landing pages, messaging, offers, and funnels to continuously improve conversion rates and lead quality.

• Full-Funnel & Sales Alignment Ownership Optimize the entire user journey from awareness to enrollment, improving MQL-to-SQL conversion and partnering closely with sales to maximize revenue realization.

• Local Market Positioning & Expansion Develop localized growth strategies tailored to the Malaysian EdTech landscape, identify competitive opportunities, and explore partnerships for market expansion.

• Data-Driven Forecasting & Leadership Reporting Build dashboards, track core growth metrics, forecast revenue performance, and provide strategic insights to leadership for scalable and predictable growth

Requirements

• 3–8+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or revenue-focused roles.

• Proven track record of scaling paid acquisition and driving revenue growth across B2C, B2B, and EdTech businesses.

• Strong analytical mindset with experience managing budgets and growth forecasts.

• Deep understanding of high-consideration sales funnels and conversion journeys.

• Based in Malaysia with strong local market knowledge.

•Comfortable owning revenue targets, not just marketing KPIs.
