Your Mission: The Academy
Your world will be the Superanium Academy. Superanium Academy is where we bridge the gap between knowing and doing. We empower businesses and professionals through practitioner-led training on digital funnels, WhatsApp automation, and high-conversion strategies. We believe that for a business to truly scale, its people need to be as sharp as its technology.
What You'll Actually Do
You'll run the marketing engine behind our Academy and brand presence, working directly with the founder, with the autonomy to ship fast and the standards to ship well.
i. Brand & Content
- Own the content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook with one objective: position Superanium as the authority in martech, performance ecosystems, and WhatsApp API.
- Develop angles, hooks, and series that earn saves, shares, and inbound, not just likes.
- Design collaterals (decks, social creatives, EDMs, landing assets, workshop materials) that match the level of the brand.
ii. Workshop Growth
- Drive ticket sales for our monthly public workshops with campaign planning, creative, launch, optimization.
- Work with the founder on positioning, offers, and messaging that move people from interested to bought.
- Measure what's working, cut what isn't, iterate weekly.
iii. Workshop Operations
- Coordinate physical workshop logistics with vendors (venue, F&B, AV, printing, signage).
- Be on-site to run the room and capture content: BTS, testimonials, key moments that fuels the next campaign.
- Manage HRD Corp claim submissions and related admin (we'll train you).
iv. Content Creation (with direction)
- Shoot and direct short-form content during workshops, founder shoots, and team sessions.
- You don't need to be a videographer but you need an eye, and you should be comfortable with phone camera, basic lighting, and editing tools (CapCut, Canva, or similar AI tool).
What We Are Looking For:
- High agency. You spot gaps and fill them. You don't wait.
- Speed with judgment. You move fast and think clearly. Most people pick one.
- Design sensibility. You know good design from bad and produce work that doesn't embarrass the brand. Canva minimum; Figma, Adobe, or CapCut a plus.
- Marketing instincts. You understand or are obsessed with understanding: funnels, hooks, audiences, and copy that converts.
- Executional strength You can juggle vendors, deadlines, and a content calendar without dropping balls.
- Clear communicator. Direct, sharp, in writing and in person. English required; Bahasa Malaysia a plus.
- Experience. 1–3 years in marketing, content, social, or agency work. Portfolio and how you think matter more than years on a resume.

The Arrangement:
- Contract role, with potential to extend or convert based on performance.
- Hybrid: remote-first, on-site for workshops, shoots, and team days.
- Compensation discussed based on experience and portfolio.
