Are you a growth marketer who has worked in an early stage startup, and proficient with paid ads across google & meta platforms

Beyond Border is seeking a Growth Marketer to work across all paid growth aspects of our business. In this dynamic role, you'll have the unique opportunity to collaborate closely with our experienced leadership team, who have successfully built and scaled businesses from Seed to Growth, while working on solving a meaningful problem around immigration.

We are profitable from Day 1, and are experiencing more demand than we can handle at the moment. Our team is building quickly to serve hundreds of high growth organisations to empower them to hire talent from anywhere in the world.

Who are you

3+ years of growth marketing experience with demonstrable track record of >3x ROAS is a must. You have have a proven track record of operating paid ads independently on google, Linkedin and meta platforms.

You'll work directly with seasoned operators who have successfully built multi-million-dollar ventures, including Wework, Glints, MoneySmart, CardUp, and Solifi.
