Job Description

Job Description:

  • Project-manage cross border logistic expansion into new markets, covering early stage planning of cross-border logistic process flow, cost analysis, business case building, implementation and continuous process improvement.
  • Contribute to RFP/RFQ execution, rate negotiations, lead time optimisation, new route or service launches, rate card design, and P&L impact studies to identify the most cost-effective logistics options
  • Optimise end-to-end cross-border logistics operations including first mile, transit warehouse, international linehaul, B2B and B2C import customs clearance, and last mile delivery
  • Identify operational bottlenecks through data analysis, design process improvement plans, and lead implementation to reduce lead time and enhance overall logistics efficiency
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and ensure operational readiness by effectively communicating and cascading new logistics processes and policies to both internal teams and external partners
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for senior management.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical mindset and willingness to work with data to gain insights.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic ability or interest in learning to develop data models for volume projection.
