Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with the local & global team to build consumer focused assortments for Singapore & Malaysia and develop annual strategic brand management plans & activities for assigned brand / category in the market. Ensure products and product lines fall under their respective consumer profile in the region.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to manage product offerings, pricing, promotions, forecasting and inventory to achieve sales and market share KPI's/target
  • Work with channel teams to communicate quarterly to annual GTM plans
  • Execute jewelry category plans including customer channels, product, fixtures, VM, training, marketing and launch activities
  • Recommendations on operating plans, promotion mechanics and changes in market trends
  • Facilitate door approvals to ensure compliance with global approval guidelines
  • Monitor & identify market trends & competitors in the marketplace
  • Managing newness buys provided by Global brand team – watches, leather & jewelry
  • Any other add hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma / Degree holder or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of related working experience (preferably within the retail industry)
  • Proficiency in MS Office application with Advanced Excel skills is a MUST.
  • Fluent in English, being multilingual would be an added advantage.
  • Experience with Navision and SAP will be an added advantage.
  • Good ability to executive to timelines, standards, meticulous with an eye for details.
