Key Accountabilities

Sales & Client Service

Maintain and grow the clientele base by active engagement and excellent client service by active client engagement and regular communication.
Play an active role as Brand Ambassador by inculcating the brand vision to in still consumer brand loyalty.
Proactive achievement of monthly sales objectives
Follow-up on client enquiries and requests, including after sales services, proactively and independently.
Offer exceptional service standards, suggestions, and alternatives, as well as anticipating future needs.
Take a proactive learning approach in understanding best sellers, new arrivals, product knowledge and all category information.
Exercise teamwork and collaboration to ensure that client needs are placed at top priority.

Key Requirements

Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar capacity from the retail or service industry preferably with a proven track record in luxury fashion
Customer service oriented and driven in sales
Independent individual with strong decision making skills
Inquisitive mindset with the ability to engage
Passionate in growing a career within the luxury fashion industry
