Guest Experience Expert (Front Office)

This role goes beyond the traditional front desk position, creating memorable moments, building genuine connections, and bringing the Moxy vibe to life for every guest.

As a Guest Experience Expert, you'll be the face of the hotel, guiding guests through every stage of their journey. From seamless arrivals and departures to sharing local recommendations and resolving guest requests, you'll help create experiences that guests will remember long after they leave.

What You'll Do

• Deliver a welcoming, engaging, and personalized guest experience from check-in to check-out.
• Handle front desk operations, including guest arrivals, departures, reservations, and payment processing.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and provide solutions that exceed expectations.
• Share local knowledge, recommendations, and insider tips to help guests make the most of their stay.
• Complete daily operational tasks, reports, and administrative duties accurately.
• Assist guests with luggage handling and transportation to and from guest rooms when needed.
• Communicate effectively with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and create memorable service recovery experiences.
• Maintain Moxy and Marriott brand standards while creating a fun and vibrant atmosphere.
