About the Role
This position requires proficiency in Mandarin and English to provide quality service to customers in Asia.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional support to customers in Mandarin and English via phone, email and online chat.
- Guide customers to complete the online order and payment process.
- Handle customer issues efficiently and escalate urgent matters when necessary.
- Accurately record customer information and strictly adhere to data security regulations.
- Work with the team to continuously optimize service quality.
- Achieve the performance goals (KPIs) set by the company.
Qualifications
- College or Bachelor's degree (any major, communication, English or related fields are preferred).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- More than 6 months of customer service experience (any industry) is a plus.
Required Skills
- Fluent in Mandarin level (clear pronunciation and fluent expression).
- English B2 level (fluent in oral and written).
- Customer-centric, patient and empathetic.
- Excellent problem-solving and active listening skills.
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Typing speed: 40 words/minute with over 90% accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Preferred Skills
- More than 6 months of customer service experience (any industry) is a plus.
Pay range and compensation package
- Salary Range: RM3500-RM4500
