About the Role

This position requires proficiency in Mandarin and English to provide quality service to customers in Asia.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional support to customers in Mandarin and English via phone, email and online chat.
  • Guide customers to complete the online order and payment process.
  • Handle customer issues efficiently and escalate urgent matters when necessary.
  • Accurately record customer information and strictly adhere to data security regulations.
  • Work with the team to continuously optimize service quality.
  • Achieve the performance goals (KPIs) set by the company.

Qualifications

  • College or Bachelor's degree (any major, communication, English or related fields are preferred).
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • More than 6 months of customer service experience (any industry) is a plus.

Required Skills

  • Fluent in Mandarin level (clear pronunciation and fluent expression).
  • English B2 level (fluent in oral and written).
  • Customer-centric, patient and empathetic.
  • Excellent problem-solving and active listening skills.
  • Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Typing speed: 40 words/minute with over 90% accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Skills

  • More than 6 months of customer service experience (any industry) is a plus.

Pay range and compensation package

  • Salary Range: RM3500-RM4500
