The Role
Provides exceptional guest service by handling check-ins and check-outs, assisting with guest enquiries and reservations, coordinating with other departments and ensuring a smooth and memorable guest experience while maintaining hotel service standards.
Talent Profile
- Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field
- Pleasant personality and good customer service skills
- Previous experience in a hotel front office is preferred
- Good command of English; additional language are a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Opera Cloud is an advantage
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Able to work independently and as a team player
