Job Overview

We are seeking a versatile Fitness & Wellness Coach to lead corporate wellness programs, small group classes, and individual training sessions. This role focuses on helping employees improve overall fitness, build sustainable healthy habits, and enhance workplace energy through structured physical training and health tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Fitness Instruction: Lead group exercise sessions (including HIIT, strength, core, and mobility), running clubs, and individual or duo personal training sessions.
• Program Management: Drive corporate wellness initiatives, including setting up regular health tracking, progress monitoring, and ongoing fitness challenges.
• Assessment & Goal Setting: Conduct basic fitness assessments, discuss individual goals, and tailor training programs to fit varying fitness levels.
• Recovery & Wellness Guidance: Incorporate mobility work, basic injury prevention strategies, and safe movement practices into daily routines.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: Proven experience in personal training, group fitness instruction, or managing corporate wellness programs.
• Certifications: Certified Personal Trainer or Group Fitness Instructor credentials from a recognized organization.
• Safety: Up-to-date First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, an encouraging coaching style, and the ability to adapt workouts for diverse fitness backgrounds.
