Join our Halal team and gain hands-on experience in certification, compliance, and stakeholder engagement. This internship combines technical learning with practical exposure, helping you build a strong foundation as a future leader in the halal industry.

As a Coca-Cola Intern, you will:

• Support the implementation and maintenance of the Halal Assurance System (HAS) including SOPs, forms, and records.
• Assist in monitoring the master ingredient list, conducting self-audits, and ensuring ongoing Halal compliance.
• Support customer inquiries and documentation requirements related to Halal certification.
• Participate in internal and external Halal audits, including audits involving co-packers and distributors.
• Monitor and maintain the status of all Halal certificates, including tracking expiry dates and renewal requirements.
• Assist in the preparation, submission, and follow-up of Halal certification applications and renewals.
• Coordinate and support Halal-related training programs and competency development initiatives.
• Contribute to Halal innovation, research projects, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Manage and maintain Halal documentation and filing systems, while providing administrative support to the Internal Halal Committee (IHC).
• Assist in organizing Halal-related events, Muslim affairs programs, and stakeholder engagement activities.

What You Bring

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Halal Studies or related field.
• Foundational knowledge of halal standards and regulations, Halal Assurance System (HAS), halal certification processes, industry practices in halal compliance, and halal awareness and stakeholder engagement
• Minimum internship attachment period of 6 months.
• Creative thinkers with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passionate about people, culture, and continuous learning.
• Willing to be based at our manufacturing plant in Halal Park, Bandar Enstek in Negeri Sembilan.
• Available to start the internship in August / September.
